Roof Types
This model has a contemporary pent roof, a single-slope design that sheds rainwater efficiently and suits a more modern garden setting. The roof deck is finished with an 8mm OSB deck and a green mineral felt cover for complete weatherproofing, and the same quality roof structure is shared across the whole Beckwood range regardless of size.

Construction
The walls are built from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding on a 28mm x 28mm frame, with a scalloped profile and smooth-planed finish. Delivered in interchangeable modular panels and using more overall timber than a standard summer house, it goes together more easily and results in a stronger structure. The floor is a 12mm tongue and groove floor fitted with pressure-treated bearers, promoting airflow underneath and helping prevent damp and rot.
