Construction
The walls are built from 7mm overlap cladding with a straight-cut finish on a 28mm x 28mm frame. Delivered in interchangeable modular panels and using more overall timber than a standard summer house, it goes together more easily and results in a stronger structure. The floor is a 12mm solid wooden floor fitted with pressure-treated bearers, promoting airflow underneath and helping prevent damp and rot.
Treatment & Guarantee
The timber is pressure-treated and FSC certified, sourced from sustainably managed forests, and backed by Forest’s 25 year anti-rot guarantee. This means the wood never needs re-treating against rot, saving time and the cost of annual preservative. The building is supplied unpainted, so you can finish it in whichever colour suits your garden.
Doors & Windows / Security
Access is via double doors fitted with sturdy handles, a tower bolt and turn buttons. The doors and 4 large windows are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof PET, which is far tougher than standard glass and safer for a busy family garden. Together they let plenty of natural light flood the interior while keeping the building secure.
