Roof Types

This Nordic shed features an apex roof constructed from 19mm tongue and groove cladding. Please note that no roof cover is included as standard. You can select from SBS weatherproof roof covering, Charcoal Felt Shingles, or Roof Felt Underlay as optional upgrades. SBS felt offers exceptional durability and weatherproofing, while Charcoal Felt Shingles provide an attractive permanent solution. Roof Underlay Felt is a temporary option until a permanent cover is added.

This is a substantial garden building measuring 11 feet by 15 feet (3.3 metres by 4.5 metres). The spacious interior provides ample room for tools, equipment, and workshop activities.

Construction

The Martin Premium is expertly constructed from premium materials. The 88mm thick Nordic spruce walls with fine-sawn tongue and groove cladding provide exceptional insulation and weather resistance. Wind braces enhance structural integrity in exposed locations.

The floor is built from 19mm tongue and groove cladding with treated foundation joists to protect against ground moisture and rot. The apex roof uses the same robust 19mm tongue and groove construction.

Treatment & Guarantee

This garden shed is supplied untreated. We advise coating it with quality wood preservative within 6 weeks of assembly, then annually thereafter to prevent rot and maintain the wood’s attractive appearance. Alternatively, you can paint the shed for a more individual look.

All parts are covered by a comprehensive 5 year guarantee.

Doors & Windows

Access is via wide double doors fitted with a laminated frame and cylinder lock, ensuring your valuable tools and equipment remain secure. The building is designed without windows, maximising security and usable wall space for storage.
