Roof Types
This model has a traditional apex roof, giving a high roofline and generous headroom, with diamond shaped finials for a classic finish. The roof deck has an 8mm OSB deck with a green mineral felt cover for complete weatherproofing, shared across the whole Beckwood range.

Construction
The walls are built from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding on a 28mm x 28mm frame, with a scalloped profile and smooth planed finish. Delivered in interchangeable modular panels, it goes together more easily and results in a stronger structure. The floor is a 12mm tongue and groove floor fitted with pressure treated bearers, promoting airflow underneath and helping prevent damp and rot.
Treatment & Guarantee
The timber is pressure treated and FSC certified, sourced from sustainably managed forests, and backed by Forest’s 25-year anti-rot guarantee, so the wood never needs re-treating. The building is supplied unpainted, so you can finish it in whichever colour suits your garden.
Doors & Windows / Security
Access is via double doors fitted with sturdy door knobs, a drop latch, cabin hooks and turn buttons. The doors and 6 large windows are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof acrylic, far tougher than standard glass and safer for a busy family garden, letting in plenty of natural light while keeping the building secure.

This summerhouse is delivered flat packed with all fixings and clear instructions, via Forest’s White Glove Delivery Service, which brings it straight into your garden with the packaging removed. A professional installation service is also available as an upgrade.
