Construction
Built from premium materials throughout, this children’s playhouse features 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding on the walls, 12mm tongue and groove flooring for durability, a 12mm tongue and groove apex roof with felt covering, and a 44mm x 27mm frame with chamfered edges. Windows are lightweight, unbreakable styrene, and the whole structure has a smooth planed finish for appearance and safety. This level of construction ensures the playhouse withstands rigorous use whilst maintaining its attractive appearance. Like all wooden playhouses, it requires proper maintenance for longevity.
Treatment & Guarantee
The playhouse comes dip treated as standard and requires re treatment within 6 weeks of assembly, then annually, to maintain its appearance and protection. Upgrade to pressure treated wood and the anti rot guarantee extends to 15 years, with cladding upgraded to 15mm thickness at no extra cost. Waterproofing is still required within one month of assembly and annually thereafter. All units come with a 1 year parts guarantee for peace of mind.
Doors & Windows
Access to the playhouse is via a single front door or the garage’s double doors, both featuring black antique style fittings and diamond shaped windows. Two Georgian style fixed windows with decorative shutters and window boxes provide natural light and aesthetic charm. All windows are constructed from durable, unbreakable styrene for safety.

This playhouse comes supplied with full instructions for straightforward assembly. Whilst assembly is required, the clear guidance ensures a stress free building process.
Delivery Information
Free delivery is available to most UK addresses. Please note that specification measurements for cladding, floorboards and framing are nominal before machining, so small variance is normal.
