Roof Types

The Broadway features a traditional apex roof built from 12mm tongue and groove timber with weatherproof felt covering for complete protection. The 1ft overhang creates a useful sheltered spot, ideal for entertaining guests just outside the door.

Construction

Premium 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding forms the external walls, supported by a robust 38mm x 50mm frame for lasting structural integrity. The floor is equally solid, built from durable 12mm tongue and groove timber that stands up to regular use. Cladding, floorboards and framing specifications are nominal before machining, with a variance of plus or minus 1mm on cladding and floorboards, and plus or minus 5mm on framing.

Treatment & Guarantee

This summer house is supplied dip treated. Re treat the timber within six weeks of assembly and annually thereafter to protect it from the elements. A 1 year parts guarantee is included, extending to 15 years if you upgrade to pressure treated timber.

Doors & Windows

Georgian style double doors, complete with an antique style black handle and hinges, open onto a bright interior lit by four further windows, two fixed and two opening. A key operated lock keeps the building secure when not in use.

Assembly Information

The building arrives in modular sections with full fittings and instructions, and is best assembled by two people over a day or two.

Free delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses. A firm, level base should be prepared and ready before the delivery date.
