Construction
This log cabin is built to exacting standards using interlocking Nordic spruce logs that are chalet-cut for superior joint protection. The construction includes 70mm interlocking logs throughout, threaded rods for additional structural strength, 19mm tongue and groove flooring supported by treated foundation joists, and laminated door frames for temperature resistance.
Treatment & Guarantee
The Helena is supplied untreated to preserve warranty conditions. We recommend applying an initial anti-fungal treatment and repeating annually to maintain the guarantee. Alternatively, you can paint the cabin to suit your garden design. A 5 year manufacturer’s guarantee supports the quality of this garden building.
Doors & Windows
The Helena features elegant Georgian-style glazing throughout: half-glazed double doors with key-operated cylinder lock for security, three opening tilt and turn windows, all double glazed with rubber seals for enhanced insulation, 3D hinges allowing precise adjustment on x, y and z axes, and a stainless steel door sill for durability in high traffic areas.
