Roof Types
A roof covering is not included as standard. Select from optional roof upgrades including SBS weatherproof roof shingles (torch-on felt with exceptional lifespan), heavy-duty charcoal felt roof shingles (attractive and durable), or roof underlay felt (temporary solution). Professional installation is recommended for SBS shingles unless you have advanced DIY skills.
Construction
This log cabin features robust 44mm interlocking Nordic spruce logs with chalet-cut edges, providing superior protection against the elements. Wind braces are integrated throughout the structure for additional strength and stability, making this a durable garden building built to last. The 19mm tongue and groove cladding used for both roof and floor is renowned for its weather resistance and durability.
Doors & Windows
The cabin includes both a half-glazed side entrance door and a set of fully-glazed double doors, all fitted with safety glass. Two long windows flank the main entrance, and a large double opening window provides excellent ventilation and natural light throughout the space. All glazing is double glazed with rubber seals for enhanced insulation.
