Treatment & Guarantee
The playhouse arrives dip-treated and will need re-treating within 6 weeks of assembly and annually thereafter. A 1-year parts guarantee is included as standard. For enhanced protection, upgrade to pressure-treated wood, which extends the anti-rot guarantee to 15 years and adds superior 15mm cladding free of charge. Waterproofing is still required within one month of assembly, regardless of treatment choice.

Access to the veranda is via a gap between the balusters, and entry to the interior is through a single door with antique-style hardware and a charming diamond shaped window.
