The apex roof is constructed from superior 12mm tongue and groove material, supported by 3 trusses for maximum stability. It features heavy-duty felt covering to keep out the rain and provide excellent weather protection.

Pressure-Treated Upgrade: For enhanced protection, upgrade to pressure-treated timber for a 15-year anti-rot guarantee. This upgrade also includes a FREE upgrade to extra-thick 15mm cladding. Please note that pressure-treated timber still requires water-proofing upon assembly and annually.

Doors & Windows

Access is gained through 6’2″ x 7′ double doors at the front of the garage, perfect for vehicle entry, plus a personal access side door towards the rear for convenient access. All doors are ledged, braced, include zinc fittings, and are fitted with rim locks to keep valuable items secure.

A bank of 3 windows ensures the interior benefits from plenty of natural light. These windows can be fitted on either side of the structure. Two are fixed, whilst the third is fully opening, creating a pleasant working environment during warmer months. Optional extras include converting fixed windows to opening versions.

Assembly Information

Please note that this timber garage comes without a floor. Assembly must take place on a level concrete or paved base. Specification measurements for cladding, floorboards, and framing are nominal (before machining). Variance of plus or minus 1mm on cladding and floorboards, and plus or minus 5mm on framing, should be expected.
