Roof Types

This apex wooden shed features a traditional apex roof design with barge boards and decorative finials. The roof is constructed from tough 8mm OSB and covered with green mineral felt for complete weatherproof protection. The apex style provides excellent headroom inside and allows plenty of space for storing taller items.

Construction

The walls are built from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding mounted on a robust 28 x 56mm frame. The interlocking shiplap boards create a completely weathertight shed, while the scalloped profile ensures excellent rainwater runoff. The smooth-planed finish gives this garden shed a timeless, attractive appearance.

The premium 12mm tongue and groove floor is engineered to accommodate heavier items and withstand regular footfall. It’s supported by pressure-treated bearers that provide extra protection against rot-causing ground moisture.
