Roof Type

This wooden garden shed features a pent roof constructed from 12mm tongue and groove with felt covering. The pent design sheds water effectively, keeping the interior dry year-round.

Construction

Built on a solid 38mm x 50mm frame, the 8 x 8 shed uses premium 12mm tongue and groove cladding throughout. The matching 12mm tongue and groove floor provides a level, secure base. The smooth-planed finish gives this wooden shed a smart appearance that enhances any garden setting.

Please note that specification measurements for cladding, floorboards and framing are nominal before machining, with variances of ±1mm on cladding and floorboards, and ±5mm on framing.

Treatment & Guarantee

This shed comes dip-treated as standard with a 1-year parts guarantee. Should be re-treated within 6 weeks of assembly and annually thereafter to maintain its appearance.

Upgrade to pressure-treated timber for superior protection. This extends the anti-rot guarantee to a fantastic 15 years and includes a FREE upgrade to extra-thick 15mm cladding. Please note that pressure-treated timber will still require waterproofing upon assembly and annually.

Doors & Windows

Access is via a ledged and braced single door with zinc fittings and key operated lock, protecting your tools from theft. The door can be fitted in various positions to suit your garden layout. Fixed windows run along the entire length of one side, providing abundant natural light for plants. Two additional opening windows, positioned at each end, allow air flow and temperature control on warm days.

Assembly Information

This premium potting shed requires assembly on-site. We recommend allowing sufficient time for proper construction and recommend treating the timber within 6 weeks of assembly.
