Roof Type

This security garden shed features a traditional apex roof design, constructed from 12mm tongue and groove timber and covered with felt to provide excellent weatherproofing and rain protection.

Dimensions

The shed measures 2350mm (depth) x 3050mm (width) x 1830mm (height). This 10 x 6 shed provides practical storage space whilst remaining manageable in terms of garden placement.

Construction

This garden shed is constructed from premium materials throughout. The 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding is mounted on a sturdy 38mm x 50mm frame, with a matching 12mm tongue and groove floor providing a solid base. The apex roof also uses 12mm tongue and groove timber with a protective felt covering.

Treatment & Guarantee

This wooden security shed comes with a 1-year parts guarantee as standard. The timber is dip-treated and should be re-treated within 6 weeks of assembly and annually thereafter to maintain its appearance and weather resistance.

Upgrade to pressure-treated timber for a superior 15-year anti-rot guarantee. This upgrade also includes FREE extra-thick 15mm cladding (instead of 12mm) for enhanced durability. Please note that even pressure-treated timber requires waterproofing upon assembly and annually.

Doors & Windows

Access is via a fully-framed, ledged and braced single door with zinc fittings and a security bolted padlock protector (padlock not included). The door can be fitted in a variety of positions to suit your garden layout. A strip of small windows is positioned high on the side of the structure, maintaining security whilst allowing some natural light. Optional upgrades include an extra-wide door, stable-style door, double door, or additional door configurations.

Assembly Information

Please note that specification measurements for cladding, floorboards and framing are nominal (before machining). Tolerances of plus or minus 1mm on cladding and floorboards, and plus or minus 5mm on framing, should be expected.
